According to the case materials , in January 2021, Gavrilov purchased and provided two acquaintances, Tatyana and Oleg Birulya, with aerosol cans of paint. After which, from January to February 2021, the latter applied inscriptions and drawings to various infrastructure objects in Soligorsk, "causing them to become damaged."
