Friends recall that Maxim served as a conscript in one of the Minsk units of the special purpose detachment.
Maxim is accused of blowing up a police car near the Central police department.
The incident happened on the night of January 7-8, 2022 near the building of the Central police Department of Minsk. A criminal case has been initiated under article 289 (an act of terrorism committed repeatedly) for blowing up a car.
Later, investigators added that Maxim had damaged the «Tabakerka» kiosk and the urn in the same way on the night of January 13.

"In pre-trial detention facilities they thratened that they would accuse me of all arsons of "Tabakerka" kiosks in the city. I testified under psychological and physical pressure. I was beaten up in the police station. These actions are an experiment noone needs. I'm asking for forgiveness from my parents, wife, daughter. I'm pleading for freedom".
3.5 years in a general-security penal-colony.
Sergei was detained on October 21, 2021 as part of a criminal case on group actions that grossly violate public order. It is known that the reason for initiating the case was his participation in the protest rally on August 9, 2020. That day he was wounded.
Completely served his term and was released in January 2023.

Convicted for protests in Bobruisk along with Alexander Nazarovich, Alexander Maryasov and Vitaly Vasilevich. Sentenced to 2 years of restriction of freedom. After an appeal, the sentence was changed to a real term of imprisonment on August 31, 2021.
