Maxim is accused of blowing up a police car near the Central District Department of Internal Affairs.
The incident happened on the night of January 7-8, 2022, not far from the building of the Central District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk. A criminal case has been opened for blowing up a car under Article 289 (repeated act of terrorism).
Investigators later added that on the night of January 13, he allegedly damaged the Tabakerka kiosk and a trash can in the same way.
On May 26, 2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict entered into force.

According to the case file, in January 2021 Gavrilov purchased and provided aerosol cans with paint to two acquaintances — Tatiana Birulya and Oleg Birulya. After that, Tatiana and Oleg, from January to February 2021, applied inscriptions and drawings to various infrastructure facilities in Soligorsk, carrying out their damage. They also put an inscription on the wall of one of the houses in relation to Lukashenko, in which they accused him of a particularly serious crime, that is, they committed slander.
Then, from August to December 2021, the defendants distributed leaflets and other printed materials on the territory of Soligorsk. The content of these leaflets was allegedly aimed at inciting social hostility and discord on the basis of other social affiliation.
At the end of winter 2024, it became known that a new criminal case had been opened against Oleg and his wife.
6 years of imprisonment in a penal colony of general regime.
Nikita was detained in October 2019 and convicted of attacks on the buildings of Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1 and the Minsk City Court in Minsk in solidarity with political prisoners. He was initially sentenced to 7 years in prison, but after an appeal, the term was reduced to 4 years. In May 2020, Nikita was transferred to prison regime.
In March 2022, he was convicted again of “malicious disobedience to the demands of correctional authorities,” a charge often applied to inmates who refuse to cooperate with prison authorities. In March 2023, he was transferred back to prison mode.
Throughout his imprisonment, Nikita is constantly under pressure. He is often sent to solitary confinement, where he is kept in isolation for dozens of days. He is deprived of visits from his family, his correspondence is restricted, and his personal belongings are confiscated. In response to the harsh conditions of detention, Nikita protests with hunger strikes and by refusing to comply with the administration's demands. He is also regularly subjected to penalties for minor violations, such as refusing to clean the courtyard or for inter-cell communication.
