Alexander was convicted in a special proceeding in the Molodechno District Court under Article 364 of the Criminal Code (violence or threat of violence against a law enforcement officer) and sentenced to three years in a maximum-security penal colony. Judge Vadim Petrusevich heard the case from October 15 to November 16, 2024.
Alexander, an activist from Molodechno, was a political émigré. Human rights activists learned that he later, for unknown reasons, ended up in Belarus, where he was convicted again for collaborating with the organization "Dapamoga" under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 361-4 (assistance to extremist activity) of the Criminal Code and sentenced to five years and six months in a maximum-security prison colony, as well as a fine of 42,000 rubles.
As reported in a state newspaper in December 2025, "the man assisted the extremist group Dapamoga in organizing the illegal departure from the Republic of Belarus of individuals charged with criminal and administrative liability for committing crimes and offenses of an extremist nature."

A well-known businessman from Polotsk. He was charged under Part 2 of Article 243-1 (evasion of duties as a tax agent in transferring taxes and fees), Article 369-1 (discrediting the Republic of Belarus), Part 1 of Article 243-3 (evasion of payment of insurance premiums), and Part 3 of Article 243 (evasion of payment of taxes and fees). The case was heard behind closed doors by the Vitebsk Regional Court. The hearing began on July 23, 2024, and lasted until February 28, 2025. On June 8, 2026, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus initiated a special investigation against Ekaterina; she was charged under 6 articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
A former police officer and blogger who started his channel in the spring of 2020. As Maxim himself reported, he lived in hiding until 2022, after which he managed to leave Belarus for Poland. At the end of 2022, Maxim joined Kalinovsky's regiment under the call sign "Hawking." In 2023, Shabutsky submitted a resignation letter for personal reasons.
In September 2025, it became known that a special case had been opened against Maxim; he was charged under 18 articles of the Criminal Code.

Belarusian and Ukrainian singer, poet, and songwriter, and the leader of the punk rock band Brutto. He was one of the founders and the leader of the Belarusian punk rock band Lyapis Trubetskoy (1989–2014, 2022–present). He is an Honored Artist of Ukraine.
He has repeatedly publicly expressed his criticism of President Lukashenko. In 2020, he supported the protests and indefinite strike in Belarus.
He resumed his activities with the Lyapis Trubetskoy group amid Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine and launched a tour of Europe and North America in support of the Ukrainian side.
Belarusian authorities have opened a criminal case against the musician. Since he lives outside of Belarus, the criminal prosecution will be conducted in absentia, and he may subsequently be convicted in absentia. Meanwhile, the authorities have asked the musician to appear before investigators in Minsk.
