Vladimir was born in Moscow and is a Russian citizen. In the mid-2000s, he moved to Belarus and settled in Zhlobin.
Afterwards, he worked in Poland for several years. He later returned to Belarus and moved to the agro-town of Shchitkovichi in the Starodorozhsky District of the Minsk Region.
Vladimir is known to have pro-Ukrainian views. It appears he was detained for his pro-Ukrainian comments.
In his free time, Vadim was interested in cars and was an avid metal detectorist. He also reacted to manifestations of the "Russian world" in Belarus, condemning Russia's aggression against Ukraine and the erection of monuments to Russian figures in place of Belarusian ones.
Vadim was presumably detained in late March 2026 and placed in pretrial detention. He was tried in the Minsk City Court. The exact verdict is unknown, and it has not yet been published online.
