The case was heard by Judge Nikolai Sergeyko, who sentenced the political prisoner to another year of imprisonment.

Until the appeal, Alexander is being held in pre-trial detention facility No. 6.

On July 19, 2024, the mother of the political prisoner, Tatyana Frantskevich, was detained. She is accused under Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code for "participation in an extremist formation." Her sister, Natalia Lobatsevich, the mother of former political prisoner Ilya Lobatsevich, was detained along with her.
