Andrey Dmitriev is the co — founder and co-chairman of the «Govori pravdu» association.
In 2021, the association «Govori pravdu» was searched, after which the current account of the organization were blocked, and the office was sealed. On August 12, 2021, Dmitriev was detained for a short time, but then released.
The man was detained again on January 11, 2023 and put in the pre-trial detention center «SIZO -1». The Investigative Committee reported that Dmitriev participated in the post-election protests of 2020, therefore he became a suspect under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
1.5 years of imprisonment in a penal colony.
On August 6, in the court of the Leninsky district of Minsk, the chairman of the United Civil Party (UCP), a member of the main composition of the Coordinating Council Nikolai Kozlov, was sentenced to three months of arrest. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 407 of the Criminal Code for disclosing data in a criminal case against the Coordinating Council, but the specific episodes of the charge are unknown, since the trial was held behind closed doors. Released on March 26, 2022 at the end of his term. At the end of July 2022, he was detained again. According to the indictment, on August 23, 2020, Kozlov, Kovaleva and Alekseeva “publicly shouted slogans, applauded loudly, were on the roadway, which blocked and impeded the movement of transport in Minsk, including the urban passenger transport of Minsktrans.”
The first sentence is 3 months of arrest .
The second sentence is 2 years of imprisonment in a colony under general regime conditions.
Bielrussian video blogger, author of the YouTube channel 'Country for Life'. Was detained on June, 8. Charges indicted: Art. 342 of the Criminal Code. Later more charges in accordance with Art. 191 were added.

The head of Viktor Babariko’s initiative group was detained on June 18, 2020, when he was heading to the Central Election Commission to submit the collected signatures. The arrest was made by the Department of Financial Investigations of the State Control Committee. On the same day he was placed in a KGB pre-trial detention center.
The political prisoner was imprisoned without trial for a record long period (more than 3 years). According to the charges, he assisted Sergei Tikhanovsky in organizing mass unrest and evaded paying taxes from 2012 to 2022.

On July 10, 2023, it became known that the political prisoner was transferred from Correctional Colony No. 17 to Prison No. 1 .

Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, Pavel Latushko, Olga Kovalkova, Maria Moroz, Sergei Dylevsky were tried in the same criminal case. In total, they were charged with 12 articles.
On January 11, Svyatlana Tikhanovskaya applied to the Minsk City Court demanding that she be granted the right to familiarize herself with the materials of the case in her trial in absentia. She also notified the court that she was going to exercise her right to a lawyer. She also wrote to the Minsk City and Republican Bar Associations that she wanted to contact the lawyer assigned to her and work out a position.
Svetlana Tikhanovskaya stressed that she considers the procedure of trial in absentia a violation of basic human rights and freedoms.
15 years of imprisonment in a colony "in absentia"
