Irina was detained on November 18, 2020. She was employees of the Investigative Committee, who were dressed in the uniform of the ZhES. When Irina's mother entered the entrance of the house, "ZHES employees" asked her if there was hot water in the apartment. When the girl's mother replied that she did not live here, people went into the entrance with her and cruelly pushed the woman away. A search was conducted in Irina's apartment, a laptop, phone, and money were confiscated. After that, Irina was taken to the UK for interrogation.
On November 27, 2020, Irina was charged under Part 1 of Art. 13 and part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (preparation for participation in riots). On May 25, 2021, the Mogilev Regional Court announced a verdict in a criminal case against seven political prisoners: Pavel Severinets, co-chair of the organizing committee for the creation of the Belarusian Christian Democracy party, blogger Dmitry Kozlov, social activist Irina Schastnaya, activists of European Belarus Yevhen Afnahel, Pavel Yukhnevich, Maksim Vinyarsky and Andrey Voynich. The trial began on May 12 and was held behind closed doors, because, as the court explains, " the case materials are classified as a secret protected by law ."

Aucharau and Huseinau were found guilty of encouraging people to participate in civil unrest on September 23, 2020 from 21:00 to 23:00, which was earlier planned as a public gathering, and disrupting communications. This allegedly disrupted the operations of Minsk Public Transportation. 6 years of imprisonment under enhanced security conditions
Vladimir is a blogger, author of the MozgON YouTube channel. On his channel, he recounted first economic and social, and then political news, and began broadcasting from various events - not only from Tikhanovsky’s pickets. In 2019, he began to speak out against the road tax and rising gasoline prices. He spoke about Tikhanovsky for the first time in the fall of 2019 - he was outraged by his detention and called for him to come to his trial; later he also supported Tikhanovsky. On May 31, 2020, he broadcast a picket from Komarovka, before which Statkevich was detained. He was detained on June 9 to serve a 15-day arrest issued back in March 2020. On April 10, 2023, Vladimir was sentenced to another year in addition to 15 years in prison for “malicious disobedience to the requirements of the administration of the correctional institution.”

The rest of the sentences remained unchanged.
