On June 21, 2023, a trial was held in Shklov to change the detention regime for Sevyarynets. Judge Alexander Tarakanov decided to transfer the politician to prison for a period of three years .
On July 10, 2023, it became known that the political prisoner was transferred from Correctional Colony No. 17 to Prison No. 1 .
