Aucharau and Huseinau were found guilty of encouraging people to participate in civil unrest on September 23, 2020 from 21:00 to 23:00, which was earlier planned as a public gathering, and disrupting communications. This allegedly disrupted the operations of Minsk Public Transportation. As well as "disrupted the right of citizens for quiet enjoyment and limited freedom of movement"; put up resistance to law enforcement.
