Volunteer of the headquarters of Viktor Babariko. In July 2020, he was detained under an administrative article for participating in solidarity chains, served an administrative arrest against Akrestsina. The second time he was detained on August 14, 2020 under Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, together with other volunteers of Babariko's headquarters.
Before the trial, Vlad was first in the KGB pre-trial detention center, then in SIZO-1 in Minsk.
It is known that in the Novopolotsk colony No. 1 he was often placed in a punishment cell. From autumn to early March 2023, the political prisoner was held in the PKT. In the Novopolotsk court on March 6, 2023, a trial was held to change the regime for Vladislav and he was transferred to a prison regime . Soon the political prisoner was placed in Mogilev Prison No. 4 .
Vlad's mother is a pensioner and a disabled person of the 3rd group.
