The court awarded 16 years of imprisonment in a colony, and on February 28, 2023, the Supreme Court considered the appeals of the defendants in the case of an international criminal group. It is known that by his decision the judge reduced the enormous sentences for Alexander Frantskevich, Akihiro Gaevsky-Khanada, Andrei Chepyuk and Marfa Rabkova by only 3 months. The rest of the sentences remained unchanged.
