Aucharau and Huseinau were found guilty of encouraging people to participate in civil unrest on September 23, 2020 from 21:00 to 23:00, which was earlier planned as a public gathering, and disrupting communications. This allegedly disrupted the operations of Minsk Public Transportation. As well as "disrupted the right of citizens for quiet enjoyment and limited freedom of movement"; put up resistance to law enforcement.

Vladimir is a blogger, author of the MozgON YouTube channel. On his channel, he recounted first economic and social, and then political news, and began broadcasting from various events - not only from Tikhanovsky’s pickets. In 2019, he began to speak out against the road tax and rising gasoline prices. He spoke about Tikhanovsky for the first time in the fall of 2019 - he was outraged by his detention and called for him to come to his trial; later he also supported Tikhanovsky. On May 31, 2020, he broadcast a picket from Komarovka, before which Statkevich was detained. He was detained on June 9 to serve a 15-day arrest issued back in March 2020. On June 26,2020, he was transferred to a pre-trial detention center in the “Tsikhanouski case.”

On April 10, 2023, Vladimir was sentenced to another year in addition to 15 years in prison for “malicious disobedience to the requirements of the administration of the correctional institution.”

An activist of the anarchist movement, he was detained on August 12, 2020 at about 13:00 in a car parking lot. Charged under Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

The court awarded 16 years of imprisonment in a colony, and on February 28, 2023, the Supreme Court considered the appeals of the defendants in the case of an international criminal group. It is known that by his decision the judge reduced the enormous sentences for Alexander Frantskevich, Akihiro Gaevsky-Khanada, Andrei Chepyuk and Marfa Rabkova by only 3 months. The rest of the sentences remained unchanged.

On June 21, 2023, a trial was held in Shklov to change the detention regime for Sevyarynets. Judge Alexander Tarakanov decided to transfer the politician to prison for a period of three years .

On July 10, 2023, it became known that the political prisoner was transferred from Correctional Colony No. 17 to Prison No. 1 .

Artyom is a former border guard, a member of the initiative group for Svetlana Tikhanovskaya’s presidential nomination, and one of the videographers for the “Country for Life” Youtube channel. I was at a picket to collect signatures in Grodno on May 29, 2020. Detained on May 31. He was accused under four articles of the Criminal Code.

On November 9, 2022, by court decision, Artem was transferred to prison regime in Mogilev.

It is known that on August 19, 2022, the administration of the Shklov colony placed Artem in the PKT for a period of four months. Recently, the court ruled that all defendants must pay 22 million rubles in compensation to “employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for additional time on duty during post-election protests.”

Volunteer in Viktar Babaryka's presidential campaign team. According to Ihar's parents, he was beaten during the arrest (August 12, 2020), after which he was hospitalized and underwent surgery. On August 18, 2020, he was transferred to the KGB pre-trial prison.
