A resident of Polotsk, the mother of an anarchist activist Roman Khalilov. On November 26, 2021, the security forces broke down the door of Gayane's apartment and conducted a search. The woman herself was detained and taken to the Polotsk GOVD, where a protocol was drawn up under art. 24.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to police officers). Then the woman was sentenced to 10 days of arrest. Later it became known that Gayane became a suspect in a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them). She was transferred to Minsk to a temporary detention center on Akrestsina.

On October 30, Irina was detained at the Minsk airport when she and her husband were returning from vacation. On November 1, Pervomaisky District Judge Maxim Trusevich sentenced them both to 15 days of arrest for allegedly storing materials on Facebook that were deemed "extremist." On November 15, journalist Irina Slavnikova was sentenced to another 15 days of arrest for the second time in a row. On November 26, it became known that Irina Slavnikova had become a suspect under Article 342 of the Criminal Code.
On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 political prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries . Among those released is Irina Slavnikova .

Arrested for commenting on the Zeltser case. According to relatives, she was tried for videos and comments on Tik-Tok. Alina suffers from epilepsy. A psychiatric examination was appointed in the case - the break lasted a month. The daughter is waiting for the political prisoner at home.
According to human rights activists, she was released upon expiration of her sentence.

On August 15, 2020, when a police officer was leaving his father’s birthday, Oleg Fomin approached him, called him a fascist, insulting him, and promised physical reprisal. Then a quarrel ensued and eventually a fight. Anastasia Fomina, Oleg's wife, joined the fight at some point. Oleg was sentenced to 2.6 years in prison.
