Nastya, along with her husband Dmitry , was accused of participating in a protest on August 23, 2020. A month before the trial, Nasta gave birth to her fourth child. The prosecutor requested 1.5 years in prison for both spouses. The deadlines requested by the prosecutor were a strong blow for the couple, and also caused indignation among the Belarusian society. The judge awarded Nastya 3 years of "home chemistry".
