In June 2023, Kondratenko was returned from the Gomel women's IK-4 to the Mogilev prison in order to be tried in the second criminal case. This time, she was charged with a comment on the Punishers of Belarus telegram channel in relation to Andrey Bagrayonok, an inspector of the traffic police of the Svetlogorsk District Department of Internal Affairs. The second sentence to Anna is 1 year in prison and 50 basic fines.
