In 2020, Alexander entered Mozyr University on a budget, specializing in Technical Labor and Entrepreneurship.
After graduating from university, the young man was assigned to Secondary School No. 6 in Mozyr, where he worked as a labor education teacher.
In 2025, Alexander won the district stage of the republican competition among working youth "SuperPROFI" in the nomination "SuperPROFI in the field of education and science" and represented the Mozyr region at the regional stage.
Sergey graduated from the Gomel Railway Technical School in 1980. Most recently, he worked as an insurance agent for Belgosstrakh in the Gomel region, and previously served as director of the closed joint-stock company Belavtomatikoservis.
He lived in the village of Laguny, near the railway line from Gomel to the Ukrainian city of Gorodnya. Also nearby is a military airfield restored by the Russians near the village of Zyabrovtsy (Dokhodkovsky village council, Gomel district). During the initial stages of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russian troops used this airfield for their deployment, and later, they stationed aircraft there, bombing civilian towns and villages across Ukraine.
There is a high probability that Sergei Stasenko was repressed for trying to help Ukraine defend itself against Russian aggression due to obstruction of railway traffic.
