In his free time, Vadim was interested in cars and was an avid metal detectorist. He also reacted to manifestations of the "Russian world" in Belarus, condemning Russia's aggression against Ukraine and the erection of monuments to Russian figures in place of Belarusian ones.
Vadim was presumably detained in late March 2026 and placed in pretrial detention. He was tried in the Minsk City Court. The exact verdict is unknown, and it has not yet been published online.
Oksana Volvacheva was born in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, but has lived in Belarus for over 30 years.
Since the beginning of 2019, the woman has been registered as an individual entrepreneur, and her main activity was the retail sale of sausages and ham in specialized stores in Minsk. Her business is currently in the process of being liquidated.
Oksana is an active civic activist and has frequently participated in political Telegram chats, especially after the outbreak of full-scale war in Ukraine in 2022. Publicly available data indicates that security forces persecuted her specifically for her online comments. The Minsk resident was first detained in January 2024 for these comments.
