Evgeny is originally from Lida. In 2008, he graduated from the Faculty of Computer Engineering at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR).
Even before the protests, I periodically visited Poland as a tourist.
After the protests began, he feared persecution and lived for a long time without valid documents. He lived in Lida, where he was arrested. The circumstances and timing of Yevgeny's arrest are unknown.
