And also that a year ago Kulikov escaped from conscription, and the Russian oppositionist Daniil Krinari (Kovalevsky) helped him get to Grodno. In December, Krinari was detained in Grodno and extradited to Russia.

Detained May 27, 2022 again. At the end of June he was extradited to Belarus. Earlier, he was charged under four articles of the Criminal Code, including terrorism, insulting a government official. As a result, three of the four articles were withdrawn following the results of an audit by the Russian side, which is also confirmed by pro-government channels.
