Andrei Loboda is 54 years old. He is a resident of Minsk and graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (then the Minsk Radiotechnical Institute) in 1993. Since then, he has worked in the banking sector.
Andrey was detained in April 2024. On April 12, he was sentenced to administrative arrest for "dissemination of extremist materials." After that, a criminal case was opened against him. In the GUBOPiK video, he says that he made a donation to the "Country for Life" foundation and wrote comments.
In late May, state media reported the detention of two Belarusians on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border: one of them was on the international wanted list and was trying to illegally enter Lithuania to avoid criminal liability, and the other was a driver.
64-year-old Alexander Sudnikovich said in a "repentant video" that in 2021 he left comments approving the actions of Andrei Zeltser, who died during a shootout with KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk. It is known that Alexander lived in the United States for a long time.
He was detained along with his wife Anastasia Ilnitskaya for participating in the 2020 protests. A "repentant" video was published with them.
She was detained at least six months ago. Judging by the charges, she could have left comments on Telegram - at least, she did not actively comment on anything on other social networks.
Anastasia's trial will begin on October 31 in the Minsk City Court. She is charged under three articles: "slander against Lukashenko" (Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code), "calls for sanctions" (Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code), and "incitement of hatred" (Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code). The girl faces four to twelve years in prison.
She worked as a programmer in the Minsk office of Exadel. This is a large IT company from the USA, which employs several thousand people.

Dmitry was arrested on November 27, and then on December 11, 2023, and convicted under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity). Judges - Podolyanets Artem and Nikolai Kmita.
He was held in the temporary detention facility of the Baranovichi City Department of Internal Affairs. Afterwards, a criminal case was opened and he was transferred to the pretrial detention facility No. 7 in Brest. Oksana Viktorovna Molochko was convicted along with him.
Before his arrest, he was engaged in handicrafts and was self-employed.

On November 27, 2023, Oksana was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. She was later placed in pretrial detention center No. 7.
