It became known that Andrei was never released — he was detained for 10 days under Article 108 of the Criminal Procedure Code (detention on suspicion of committing a crime). Later it became known that he was accused under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

In December 2022, 50-year—old Bogush was detained for an article about inciting discord - he allegedly wrote comments on social networks threatening Lukashenko and law enforcement officers.

According to Bogush, he was prompted to speak publicly on social networks by photos of beaten young people detained at protests after the 2020 elections.

The businessman said that he subsequently deleted his posts, but refused to leave Belarus, although his friends told him about it.

Zanovsky was presented with the fact that he wrote 2 comments under the publications of the telegram channel "Belarus of the Brain". One message was written on February 24, 2022 under the news that Russian troops entered Ukraine from the territory of Belarus. The second message, by which (according to the prosecution) Zanovsky publicly insulted A. Lukashenko, was published on April 7, 2022 (when Ukraine and Russia were negotiating a truce) under the news with a quote from Lukashenka that “there can be no negotiations without the participation of Belarus” .

According to the case file, on February 27, 2022, 36 year old Dmitry was at the polling station during the republican referendum, allegedly in a state of alcoholic intoxication, having received a ballot paper, made an indecent inscription on it to the head of state. Then, without dropping the ballot into the ballot box, the accused presented it in an expanded form to the members of the commission, which disrupted the work of the polling station.

An inscription was found on the bulletin: «Lukashenko and Putin, ....»; «Lukashenko and Putin, ... in a perverted form.

The representative of the prosecution requested two years of imprisonment in a general regime colony, but taking into account the amnesty, this period should be reduced by one year.

A resident of Brest was charged with the fact that on May 24, 2021, in the Facebook group "People's Sentence", she wrote 2 comments under the video with Lukashenka. One message was "sick person", the second "schizophrenic".

In April 2021, Tuchkov left an offensive comment under a photo of Alexander Lukashenko in one of the telegram channels recognized as extremist in the Republic of Belarus.

In August 2021, he also left an obscene comment under a joint photo of Tertel and Lukashenko.

Artem Zubryakov is an employee of «Belagro»‎. He was detained at the end of September 2022 together with colleagues. It was reported that criminal cases were opened against 4 of the detainees, and about 20 were detained. Telegram channels supporting the state power of the Republic of Belarus published news in which they wrote that the company's employees had been actively protesting since 2020.

During a search of the office in the fall of 2022, paraphernalia and furniture in red and white colors were seized.

Artem Zubkov noted that he was detained for sign up to telegram channels recognized as extremist in the Republic of Belarus and forwarding materials from these channels.

The trial was held behind closed doors.

Roman was severely detained by a special purpose militia unit at the end of January 2023, when he was waiting for a taxi order near the bus station.

Friends expected Roman after his arrest, as they knew that he had been detained for old likes on the ok.ru, but Roman was not released.

Artemenko is currently in the Gomel pre-trial detention center.

20 year old Vladislav was accused of taking photos and videos of military equipment, military personnel, as well as a military airfield in Bobruisk from February 24 to February 25, 2022.

Then Vladislav forwarded at least 9 video files and photos to a telegram channel recognized as extremist in the Republic of Belarus.
