Maria, a former customs officer and independent election observer, was detained by GUBOPiK officers near her apartment on October 23, 2020. She was convicted of "participating in actions that violate public order" based on correspondence in Telegram channels.
On May 27, 2023, she was released after serving the full sentence imposed by the court.
Trial outcome 04.06.2021: 3 years of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions.
Igor was arrested for painting over 80 bales of haylage and charged with "gross violation of public order, expressed in an attempt to distract drivers and disrupt traffic."
On May 16, 2022, he was released after serving the full sentence imposed by the court.
Trial outcome 31.01.2022: 1 year of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions.
Denis, the administrator of the channel "Drivers 97%", was detained on September 22, 2020 in Minsk by GUBOPiK officers. After 15 days of administrative arrest, he was never released and was accused of "calls for mass riots, blocking roads due to dissatisfaction with the authorities and falsifying elections."
He was released on October 25, 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
