Detained on April 15, 2021 in Russia. Belarusian authorities requested extradition of the Brest citizen to his home country, where he faces from 3 to 8 years of imprisonment. He was detained while trying to cross the Russian-Ukrainian border outside the checkpoints. He was 50-100 meters away from the state border.
In August, he was severely beaten in the basement of the Brest "Justice" House and was released at night without a detention report, then some time later he had to be hospitalized due to stress. After a year in custody he was released due to the expiry of his sentence.

As a result, he "disturbed the psychological and mental peace" of the victims.

Graduated from the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy. He worked as chief engineer of the state farm "Drut" in the Belynichi district, director of the state farm "Iskra" in the Belynichi district, and director of the Shklov district association of housing and communal services. He was a presidential candidate from the Belarusian Popular Front Party in the 2010 presidential elections. In 2017 he was elected chairman of the Belarusian Popular Front Party. Charged with conspiracy to seize government power. In January 2024 he was transferred to prison regime.
At the beginning of April 2024, Gregory underwent surgery. As Dmitry Antonchik reported, Kostuseva had the catheter removed from her bladder and immediately taken from the operating table to a cell. On July 3, 2024, he was released due to the amnesty law.

According to human rights activists, he was released on May 31, 2024, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
3.5 years imprisonment under a strengthened regime.
A resident of Brest, a historian by training, works as a construction worker. He became a defendant in a criminal case brought after the protests in the city in August 2020. Mikalay was detained on March 29th, 2021 in the village at his grandmother's, where he was there with a child. Three days later, he was transferred to pre-trial detention center #7, where he is currently being held. The day after his detention, on March 30th, 2021, Mikalay's second child was born.

Lighting designer. Was fired from the New Drama Theater for going on strike.

Brest resident accused of insulting a judge. On March 29th, 2021, people with machine guns burst into Vital's house and detained him. As part of the criminal case, they wanted to take him to Minsk for a psychiatric examination, but he did not come to the Investigative Committee for summonses. On this occasion it was decided to detain him and put him in custody for two months.

On September 5 and 6, 2023, the Brest District Court considered a new criminal case against Vitaly Zaryadei.
It is not known exactly where and in what condition the Zarodey is located . He did not enter the courtroom.
It is also not known for certain what Zarodey was charged with this time; from the very beginning, Judge Sukhodolskaya closed the process. But the court schedule indicated the articles that were presented to Zarodey: Art. 391 (insulting a judge), part 2 of Art. 368 (insulting Lukashenko), part 1 of Art. 377 (damage to documents) .
