Orthodox priest, cleric of the parish of the Church of the Epiphany in Minsk. During the arrest, GUBOPiK broke down the doors in Vladislav's apartment. Pro-government telegram channels report that the priest was subscribed to "extremist" telegram channels and forwarded information from them to his mother. According to the security forces, Bogomolnikov "has a chance to become a suspect for facilitating extremist activities in a number of criminal cases.

Vladislav Bogomolnikov served on the square of changes for the murdered Roman Bondarenko; he also went on a hunger strike in support of political prisoner Ihor Losik.

On December 19, 10 days in custody expired, which priest Vladislav Bogomolnikov spent as a suspect in a criminal case under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, he was released on bail, but is still a defendant in a criminal case. Before that, he spent 100 days in Akrestsina, serving seven arrests in a row on administrative charges.

Vladislav Ryabich, 24, has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair. He has a Group 1 disability. He comes from a large family and also has a twin brother with a disability. Local journalists often visited the family to film stories or write articles about the exemplary family and their wonderful children. Vladislav Ryabich is a multiple Olympiad participant and had a grade point average of 9.4.

On August 9, 2022,security forces burst into the house where Vladislav and his younger brother were staying. They rudely threatened the man and asked him to comment on what he had written in response to a 2020 post about Lukashenko. In his comment, Vladislav agreed with the post. If he "repented," the police would "forgive him." However, Vladislav refused to admit he was mistaken and stated that he would not change his mind. He also added that he was honored that they came to him with machine guns on August 9. He was then threatened with criminal prosecution. He refused to testify in court. His testimony was read during the investigation in August 2022 by investigator Yankovsky. He gave it in Belarusian.

He was convicted again in 2026, most likely in the Gayun case.
