After which, from January to February 2021, the latter applied inscriptions and drawings to various infrastructure facilities in Soligorsk, “damaging them.” They also put an inscription on the wall of one of the houses regarding Lukashenko, “in which they accused him of a particularly serious crime, that is, they committed slander.”
Then, from August to December 2021, the defendants distributed leaflets and other printed materials in Soligorsk . The content of these leaflets was allegedly aimed at inciting social hostility and discord based on a different social affiliation.
At the end of winter 2024, it became known that a new criminal case had been opened against Tatyana and was transferred to a prison in Zhodino .

On February 15, 2024, the activist stopped communicating. Later it became known that Kudik is in a local temporary detention center, where he is serving 15 days of administrative arrest. But he was not released after his term.

During the transfer to the pre-trial detention center, all books were taken from Yevgeny Rubashko and put on a preventive record as prone to extremism, which means making a note in a personal file, special treatment and additional work with a psychologist.
In February 2023, Yevgeny Rubashko was transferred for a month to a cell-type room in IK No. 2. Prior to that, he was placed in a ShIZO three times for 10, 7 and 7 days for far-fetched violations of internal regulations. After being kept in the PKT, Yevgeny was again placed in the ShIZO for a total of 17 days.

Denis lives in Grodno, is married. He has been working as a volunteer editor of the Belarusian version of the InformNapalm International Investigative Community website since 2014, and as a freelance correspondent for the Novy Chas newspaper since 2018. Known for his investigations into the influence of the "Russian world" on Belarus and Syria, about the scandalous construction in Kurapaty, and also about the transfer of former Ukrainian Berkut soldiers to the power structures of Belarus.
On March 12, 2021, journalist Denis Ivashin was detained by KGB officers for interfering with the activities of the police. The security forces conducted a search in the journalist's apartment. Also that evening, a search was made at the home of Denis's mother, and on March 15 they came with a search to his 95-year-old grandmother.
In mid-March 2022, human rights activists also became aware that the KGB accused Ivashin of collaborating with Ukrainian intelligence. On August 15, the trial of the journalist's case began behind closed doors in the Grodno Regional Court.
The wife of the political prisoner said that they repeatedly tried to compromise Denis by transferring him to a cell with people who have a low social status behind bars. However, relatives note that Denis quickly adapts to external conditions, studies internal rules and traditions. In April 2023, it became known that the relatives of the political prisoner were allegedly threatened to stop any communication with him if they did not stop spreading information about Denis.

In early August 2022, it became known that the regime of the political prisoner was changed to a prison one , Mikita was transferred from Mogilev IK No. 15 to Zhodzina Prison No. 8. The guy will serve his sentence in a maximum security prison.
Sentenced to 4,5 years in a juvenile colony.
Maxim was sentenced on December 4, 2020 under Article 339 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for taking down a red and green flag at the station, and then, in self-defense, hitting a person who tried to call the police on him and took his personal belongings. In January 2024 he was transferred to prison regime.

Sergei expressed his desire to run for president. However, before the start of the election campaign, he was arrested for organizing an unauthorized event. His wife, Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, submitted documents to the CEC using a power of attorney, but he was not registered as a candidate due to the absence of his signature on the power of attorney. Then his wife was registered as a candidate herself. After his release, Sergei became Svetlana Tikhanovskaya’s confidant and participated in the collection of signatures. He was detained during the picket and convicted on several criminal charges.
In January 2023, Sergei was charged with another charge for “malicious disobedience to the requirements of the administration of a correctional institution,” and he was additionally sentenced to 1.5 years in prison.

Oleg was arrested in Pinsk on August 10, 2020, after which he was severely beaten. He was accused of participating in mass riots and sentenced under Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On June 10, 2022, he was transferred to a prison regime for 3 years.
On March 7, 2024, a new sentence was handed down in the city of Zhodino. This time Oleg was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus and another year and a half of imprisonment was added to the previous term of five and a half years.
