Before the 2020 elections, the YouTube channel «Tochka nevozvrata» («Point of No Return») began to actively conduct (currently it has 43.3 thousand subscribers). Including statements from this channel formed the basis of the criminal case against Chudinovich. In July 2021, the man was placed in custody. On May 1, 2022, he was transferred to a covered prison.
