On July 18, 2023, he was released after the expiration of the sentence.
On February 15, 2024, the activist stopped communicating. Later it became known that Kudik is in a local temporary detention center, where he is serving 15 days of administrative arrest. But he was not released after his term.
It is known that Andrei will be tried under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (Insulting a representative of authority). He will be sent to Prison No. 8.
