As follows from the published verdict , Maxim Gurinovich was accused of writing an offensive comment on the Odnoklassniki social network in the group “Belsat TV Channel” under the news about the verdict of a single mother. The news said that a single mother allegedly insulted policeman R. Kutsko with an “offensive symbol” and for this she was sentenced to 2 years of “domestic chemicals.” Gurinovich’s own comment was also about this same Kutsko, and the news was accompanied by a photograph of “police officers in uniform.”
For his moral suffering from Gurinovich’s comment, policeman Kutsko asked for 2 thousand rubles in moral compensation. Maxim paid 400 rubles of this before the trial, so he filed a lawsuit for the remaining 1,600 rubles. The judge granted this claim: Gurinovich will have to pay Kutsko another 1,600 rubles in moral compensation, and also pay a fine of 50 b.v. (2000 rubles). Maxim’s phone was confiscated to the state “as a means of committing a crime.”

The man’s “repentance video” was shown in one of Azarenka’s programs, where Alexander “admits” to participating in protests and reposting on Facebook on the topic of elections and COVID. Note that in the propagandist’s program Tereshchenko is also called an officer and “the head of the KGB of the Borisov region” .

He was also charged a fine of 100 basic units (4,000 rubles) and ordered to pay the three “victims” a total of 5,500 rubles.

She comes from Bobruisk, probably from the family of a military serviceman; on social networks it is indicated that she was born in the “military town of Kiselevichy”. Once there was a large military garrison there and the school was created just for military children. After school she went to Minsk to study as a chemist at the Belarusian Technological Institute (now BSTU). But after that, Galina worked in military units, according to her social networks. For example, from 1981 to 1986 in unit No. 48819, based in the pro-Soviet part of Germany-GDR.
She probably subsequently moved to Sweden. She must also have Swedish citizenship.
It is unknown when the woman returned to Belarus, but not earlier than the spring of 2023. The date of detention is also unknown. The article under which Galina is accused most often means a donation to Belarusian volunteers or to help Ukraine.
