According to the prosecution , while in Germany, the man published several comments in a telegram chat on August 28, September 7 and September 27, 2021, “containing an obscene form of speech” addressed to the heads of police departments.
Later, Dmitry Polyakov returned to his homeland and was detained. He admitted his guilt. On January 29, the court found him guilty and sentenced him to a year and a half in a general regime colony. He was also charged a fine of 100 basic units (4,000 rubles) and ordered to pay the three “victims” a total of 5,500 rubles.
