Matvey "acted jointly and in concert in group actions, using a mouthpiece" - according to the prosecution, this caused a disruption in the work of transport and enterprises.

However, the prosecutor considered the punishment too lenient, and in March 2021 Nikita was given a new sentence - two and a half years in prison. The young man did not appear at the trial, but through a friend he handed over a letter in which he said that, according to his information, arbitrary arrests were planned in the courtroom, which threatened him and those present.
