Matvey Budnitsky was found guilty of taking an active part in a mass event on October 4 on Masherov and Pobediteley avenues, as well as Pritytsky, Lyubimy, Surganov, Kalvariyskaya and Prilukskaya streets. It was associated with a clear disobedience to police officers, loud applause with hands. Matvey "acted jointly and in concert in group actions, using a mouthpiece" - according to the prosecution, this caused a disruption in the work of transport and enterprises.
