As follows from the text of the resolution, one of the tokens in Alexey's comments was: «erysipelas». The man fully admitted his guilt and repented. However, after the verdict was announced, the prosecutor of the Glubokoe district filed an appeal.
The Vitebsk Regional Court overturned the decision of the Glubokoe district court and replaced Alexey with two years of freedom restriction with referral to an open-type correctional facility for two years of imprisonment in a general regime colony and a penalty of 1920 BYN.

According to the materials of the prosecution, on January 26, 2021, Gennady Boris, a 55 year old veteran of the war in Afghanistan, posted an image in red and green with a swastika with a national ornament on his page on the social network ok.ru, and on the same day he posted an image of Alexander Lukashenko in a military uniform against the background on his page swastikas.
The next episode of the case concerns July 26, 2022. Gennady Boris posted a text message in ok.ru in which he indicated that «terrorist No. 1 is wanted» and that an amount of one million euros would be collected for his detention. He further writes that 586 000 euros have already been reserved for whoever arrests Lukashenko.
The man admitted his guilt in the deed.

Former colleagues came to court as victims and spoke well of Oleg, but nevertheless exacted moral compensation. At home, Oleg was left to wait for one mother.

In 2021, she publicly announced that she was retiring from journalism. She explained her departure by the fact that she already had enough harassment for work without accreditation.
According to police reports, the courts punished the journalist with administrative fines more than forty times, including for covering post-election protests. Only days of detention were not appointed, because Shchiryakova alone raised a juvenile son.
In 2022, in September, after the arrest of a former colleague in the journalistic workshop, Yevgeny Merkisa Shchiryakova, in her posts on social networks, raised issues of keeping a journalist in a pre-trial detention center, posted messages on her pages in social networks about solidarity actions with Yevgeny, which were organized abroad.
After Larisa's detention, her son was taken to an orphanage right from school.
According to the materials of the case, Larisa Shchiryakova allegedly placed information on the Internet that discredited the Republic of Belarus. She is also accused of “collecting, creating, processing, storing and transmitting information for Vesna” and “Belsat”.
3.5 years in prison in a penal colony.
The accusation is based on comments that Kotov left within a month and a half after the 2020 presidential election in Telegram channels recognized by extremist groups in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The investigators of these telegram channels found evidence of crimes under 4 articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
It is also known that Ivan was detained twice after the 2020 presidential election. For the first time immediately after August 9. For the second time, Lukashenko's security forces seized Kotov in mid-February 2021. Then the riot police detained 68 people in the village of Sokol, Smolevichi district – participants and spectators of the concert.
3,5 years of imprisonment in a penal colony of general regime.
Pavel Omelyanov was accused of reposting a publication with an image of Lukashenko on the Telegram channel on December 27, 2020, under which he left offensive comments.
The man was also accused of systematically stealing bicycles stored in apartment buildings at night from June 20, 2021 to July 12, 2022. The Bobruisk resident stole a total of 27 bicycles worth 11,000 rubles.
The man repented of his actions and fully admitted his guilt.
On May 18, 2024, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.
3 years of imprisonment in a penal colony of strict regime.
According to the materials of the court case, on August 30, 2021, Alexey left several offensive comments in one of the Telegram chats and, as the examination showed, thereby publicly insulted Lukashenko, deliberately humiliated his honor and dignity in an indecent form.
The judge sentenced Alexey to restriction of freedom without referral to a correctional facility for a period of 3 years. However, the prosecutor appealed the verdict. On February 9, 2023, the Judicial Board of the Mogilev Regional Court imposed a new punishment - imprisonment.
