According to pro-government telegram channels, he himself wrote to the Black Book of Belarus and offered to drop the addresses of security forces involved in the repressions. Andrei did not know that on the other side, GUBOPiK employee Artur Gaiko was answering him.
Andrey was detained on November 10, 2023. He now faces up to 12 years in prison.
The man has been using the same account since 2019. From it he “leaked” information into the Black Book of Belarus, and from it he wrote comments in open chats and groups. The video shows his archived username from the ChKB bot database, which was saved by Arthur Gaiko. Through it you can find the current name of the telegram account and ID.

According to Nasha Niva, in 2005 Konstantin Prytulenko was an investigator, and later an assistant to the district prosecutor. Where Prytulenko worked before his arrest is unknown.
Initially, the process was open, but, at the request of the injured officials and security forces, it was closed.
In total, more than a dozen people pass as victims, including the former deputy chairman of the Mogilev city council, "the main ideologist of the city" Alla Galushko. Other victims include members of election commissions, prosecutors, law enforcers and other government officials.

Vasily was severely beaten, he even lost consciousness, his ribs were broken. They were transferred to pre-trial detention center-1 from the hospital.

Pro-government channels posted “repentant videos”, where Pavel says that he worked in the Department of Security until 2018, was detained for transferring personal data of Department employees to the Black Book of Belarus. The data was taken from the telephone directory book.

And also in transmitting information about his former classmate-law enforcement officers in the telegram channel recognized as an extremist formation. 58 criminal cases were opened against him.

There were 57 victims - security forces, propagandists, officials, judges, prosecutors and members of their families. In addition, the investigation believes that “joint actions of Kuzmin with other persons” resulted in disruptions to the work of transport and enterprises “causing damage to Minsktrans in the amount of just over 22,500 rubles.”
Among the victims are, in particular, an employee of SB. Belarus today” Lyudmila Gladkaya , as well as member of the Belarusian Communist Party and deputy Sergei Klishevich .
