Vadim was convicted for participating in a peaceful protest - a march in support of political prisoners, which took place on October 4, 2020 in Minsk, and sentenced to restriction of freedom without direction.

Alexey, the former first deputy chairman of the board of Belgazprombank, was convicted in July 2021 as part of the "Babariko case" under the article "accepting a bribe" and sentenced to restriction of freedom without referral.

Natalia was accused of slandering the Prosecutor General of Belarus Andrei Shved and sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral. According to the investigation, on February 1, 2021, she wrote from her mobile phone in the public chat "Kuluary KYKY" under a post about increasing responsibility for extremism that "the Prosecutor General is a criminal", thereby disseminating false information. Shved estimated the moral damage at 10,000 rubles, the court reduced the amount of compensation by only 1,000 rubles.

Natalia left Belarus before she began serving her sentence.

In January 2025, as part of a special proceeding on Natalia's case, a court hearing in absentia was held to replace the restriction of freedom with imprisonment in a penal colony.

Nadezhda was found guilty of the fact that from November 9 to 23, 2020, she intentionally and in an indecent manner posted a comment under a YouTube video in which the traffic police in Bobruisk seized a car without reason, with a negative assessment of government officials - police major Oleg Banduro, senior lieutenant Drozd and junior lieutenant Anisichkov - with the content "They are recruiting idiots", which harms their honor and dignity.

Rostislav was found guilty of insulting three employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs through comments on one of the Telegram channels recognized by the Belarusian authorities as extremist, and was sentenced to restriction of freedom with a referral.

Tatyana was convicted for a comment left on August 14, 2020, on the social network Odnoklassniki under a photo of police officer Yuri Chernyshkov. According to the prosecution, she publicly insulted a government official in order to undermine the authority of state bodies. The examination considered her words a negative assessment. The court sentenced Tatyana to restricted freedom.

In June 2021, Olga was found guilty under the article "violation of equality of citizens" for refusing to rent an apartment to the assistant prosecutor of the Frunzensky district of Minsk, Alina Kasyanchik. She was sentenced to restriction of freedom.

Tatyana was convicted for calling Vitaly Stasyukevich, deputy head of the public order protection department of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee Internal Affairs Directorate, a "hateful bastard" in the Grodno 97% Telegram channel. This statement was classified as an insult to a government official. Tatyana was sentenced to restriction of freedom without being sent to a correctional facility and was ordered to pay moral compensation to the "victim."

Albert was convicted of insulting OMON officer Alexei Talyarenko "with the aim of damaging the authority of state power." According to the prosecution, on October 25, 2020, he left an offensive comment in the chat "Brest Vostok 97%". At the trial, he did not admit guilt, claiming that he did not publish the message, and his account was deleted.

Evgeny was convicted of publishing, according to the prosecution, offensive comments in one of the Telegram channels addressed to a judge from Brest.

In September 2021, the punishment in the form of restriction of freedom with referral to a correctional institution was replaced by “house arrest” as part of a pardon.

Vladislav, the lead singer of the band Gods Tower, was convicted in June 2021 for a comment left under a video in which the chairman of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee Gennady Solovey communicates with people. He was sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility. It was later reported that Vladislav left Belarus.

In March 2024, a new criminal case was opened against him under the articles "Incitement of hatred or discord" and "Creation of an extremist formation or participation in it" as part of a special proceeding. In June of the same year, he was convicted in absentia for participating in an "extremist formation" - "Rudobelskaya show-off". Vladislav was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment and a fine of 500 basic units.

Elena, a teacher, was convicted in April 2021 under the article on slander and sentenced to restriction of freedom without direction and large financial compensation. The reason for the proceedings was a repost of information about police officers on a Telegram channel. After being detained in July 2022 in Ivanovo, where a wave of repression took place, her illness worsened and she was hospitalized. She later left Belarus.

In December 2024, as part of a special proceeding against Elena, a court hearing was held in absentia “On replacing the restriction of freedom without sending her to an open-type correctional facility.”

Andrey was convicted in May 2021 for a comment left on a Telegram channel.

Leonid, an activist of the "Tell the Truth" campaign and a member of the Belarusian Social Democratic Party (Hramada) from Mikashevichi, has been repeatedly persecuted for his active civic position. In March 2021, it became known that a case had been opened against Leonid "for inciting social hatred or discord."

Recently, Leonid Dubonosov was working in Poland. He knew that a criminal case had been opened against him; officers had come to his home to conduct a search. Leonid Dubonosov's relatives clarified that he was currently at large.

Natalia was convicted of insulting Lukashenko.
