The account was registered under his own Belarusian number, and for a time, even featured a photo of Pavel himself as its profile picture. During this time, he left over 600 comments in various chats.

In the spring of 2025, he was released , having fully served his sentence.

Artem is from Rogachev and studied at Gomel State Technical University. A few years ago the guy moved to Minsk and recently worked as a waiter.
In a “repentance” video published in mid-March, Artem said that he was detained “for moderating the 97% Serebryanka chat.” But the channel was recognized as an “extremist formation” only on May 30, 2023.
He began to be tried in the Minsk City Court on August 29, 2023 under Part 1 of Art. 361-1 of the Criminal Code (Creation of an extremist formation).

Ruslan was tried for a comment on a Telegram channel that allegedly encouraged participation in the Marches. Ruslan admitted his guilt. He said that he had indeed posted the comment under the influence of emotions, as he had read comments from other users on the channel. He also noted that he had once attended a protest.
It is known that Ruslan was detained on the border with Russia: the time and circumstances are unknown. Before his detention, he worked as a technician-mechanic.

A Russian citizen. According to the prosecution , Alexander was intoxicated when, on the night of June 19, 2023, he allegedly first tore down a flag attached to the wall of a store. He then removed another flag from a building in Minsk near a metro station and handed it to a metro employee. He then allegedly removed a flag from the façade of a Belpochta branch building and left it at the entrance. Finally, he allegedly tore down another flag, threw it at a public transport stop, and set it on fire. That same night, Alexander allegedly set fire to a plastic waste container. Alexander Smirnov pleaded not guilty during his trial. He said he tore down the flags while intoxicated because he wanted to keep a memento of his time in Belarus and hang them in his home. He had no intention of desecrating state symbols. He accidentally set fire to one of the flags, and was not even present at the scene of one of the incidents. Alexander noted that he gave preliminary testimony regarding this episode under physical and emotional pressure from police officers .
Alexander has a criminal record: in April 2023, he was convicted under Part 1 of Article 205 (theft) and Part 1 of Article 339 (hooliganism) and sentenced to three months in jail. He was released after serving his sentence.
In April 2026, he was released , having fully served his sentence.
It has emerged that, after the August 2020 elections, Lapikov posted a photo of Alexander Lukashenko in an SS uniform (a Nazi paramilitary organization responsible, among other things, for crimes against humanity) on his Instagram page. The post was accompanied by a poem, the lyrics of which are currently unknown.
The appeal was heard on December 5, 2023. The verdict entered into force.
