It has emerged that, after the August 2020 elections, Lapikov posted a photo of Alexander Lukashenko in an SS uniform (a Nazi paramilitary organization responsible, among other things, for crimes against humanity) on his Instagram page. The post was accompanied by a poem, the lyrics of which are currently unknown.
The appeal was heard on December 5, 2023. The verdict entered into force.
According to calculations, he was supposed to be released in the winter of 2026.
