On the night of October 13-14, 2023, in the center of the pine forest, the official red-green flag was removed from the flagpole and thrown into the trash bin, and the Ukrainian flag was attached in its place. A former Afghan veteran and a man of principled civic stance, his wife, Oksana Lisitsa, is the director of the Vysochanskaya Basic School and a member of the 28th District Council. Vladimir Lisitsa was born in Ukraine, and his profile picture on Odnoklassniki features a Ukrainian flag. The content of this page, which has now been largely deleted, was investigated by the Liozno District Prosecutor's Office, which determined that "the information on the personal page of 'Volodymyr Lisitsa' on the social network 'Odnoklassniki' contains signs of activity aimed at facilitating extremist activity, training, or other preparation for participation in such activity." According to the investigation , Vladimir Lisitsa also made comments addressed to several other well-known individuals in Belarus: "publicly obscene comments were made about the military commissar of the Gomel region, A. V. Krivonosov; deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, A. S. Gaidukevich; chairman of the Glubokoye district executive committee, A. N. Shubsky; and A. G. Lukashenko." According to the court verdict, Mr. Lisitsa must serve three years in a general-regime penal colony and also pay a fine of 7,400 rubles and compensation for the moral school to two plaintiffs—A. Shved, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus, and I. Medvedsky, deputy of the Novopolotsk city council—3,000 rubles each.

According to his page on the social network Vkontakte, Zykun graduated from BSMU (Minsk Medical University) in 2016. Lives and works in Brest as a urologist at a regional hospital. In the winter of 2023, he was detained for donations. The “authorities” obliged to pay financial assistance to the orphanage in multiple amounts. After this, the doctor was under the close attention of security forces. The administration put pressure on him in every possible way through the deputy chief physician for ideology.
According to the prosecution , Oleg Zykun deliberately and illegally distributed personal data of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The personal data itself was presumably taken from the Telegram channel “Nexta” (because similar information was posted there). And then he “distributed” them on the local network at work, which was discovered in the summer of 2023. By the summer of 2023, Zykun himself had no idea that in his folder on the local work network there was a file with the names and telephone numbers of Ministry of Internal Affairs employees. But this list was found as part of an administrative case in July 2023 during an inspection of the man’s equipment.
At the trial, Zykun admitted his actions. But he did not admit the intent to disseminate data from employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (which the state prosecution insists on).

According to the indictment, Vladimir Lukyanchuk wrote an offensive comment in the telegram chat "Borodach Chat" on September 8, 2023. In the message, Alexander Grigorievich was called a word that means "chatterbox" (but in an obscene form).

It follows from the verdict that in 2021, on September 18 at 15:07, the man wrote a comment in the telegram chat "Chat Elekhtarata". There he "negatively assessed" A. Lukashenko. There was also an investigation against Kronda under another popular political article - Article 370 of the Criminal Code (Desecration of state symbols) - but that case was closed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

Stanislav was detained upon returning to Belarus from Poland, where he had moved more than a year earlier. He came home in late 2023 to spend the holidays with his family, but was arrested in connection with a criminal case opened after protests on August 10, 2020, in Brest against the falsification of the presidential election. Stanislav was convicted of participating in “mass riots.”
In a pro-government confessional video published, he says that he "participated in protests and went out onto the roadway." The recording shows that Stanislav's face is scratched, although no such damage was visible when he was detained.

The court's press service announced the verdict (without naming names, but the circumstances fit this group of people). The charges were briefly stated: they were on the roadway in Baranovichi, shouting slogans, displaying white-red-white flags, and "intentionally obstructing traffic and the normal functioning of businesses and organizations." The exact date of the protests wasn't even specified, simply being referred to as "August 2020."
Thus, in 2024, 25 Baranovichi residents were sentenced for the August 2020 protests. All were sentenced to prison terms ranging from 1 to 3 years (the only exception was a woman with a child under 3, who received a suspended sentence).
