District Court Judge Shamal found him guilty of insulting Lukashenko (Part 2, Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus) and defamation (Part 2, Article 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). He appealed the verdict to the Mogilev Regional Court. The appeal took place on April 11, 2024, behind closed doors, with the participation of a panel of judges chaired by Judge Irina Teplova. The regional court ruled that the charge of "insulting Lukashenko" under Part 2, Article 368 of the Criminal Code, was excessively imputed and should be excluded from the charges.
According to calculations, he was supposedto bereleased in the spring of 2026.
However, this had little effect: Sergei Shekh's sentence was upheld.

Vladislav Fedorovich was detained in December 2023. In a "repentant video" published on December 18 by a pro-government Telegram channel, he claims to have participated in protests and still hasn't deleted his photos from social media.
He was released in 2024, most likely in the courtroom or while awaiting appeal.
The man’s “repentance video” was shown in one of Azarenka’s programs, where Alexander “admits” to participating in protests and reposting on Facebook on the topic of elections and COVID. Note that in the propagandist’s program Tereshchenko is also called an officer and “the head of the KGB of the Borisov region” .
It is known that Alexander was sentenced to prison.

He was also fined 100 basic units (4,000 rubles) and ordered to pay a total of 5,500 rubles to three "victims."
An appeal court hearing will take place on April 16, 2024.

Artem was detained at the end of December 2023. According to preliminary data, the man was initially detained on an administrative charge. Then his home was searched, equipment was seized, and Artem Antonov himself was charged with "insulting Alexander Lukashenko" (Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). The details of the case are unknown.
Artem is the son of Sergei Antonov, a Belarusian journalist. Sergei is a staff correspondent for the Belarusian newspaper "Chastny Detective". He is the author of several works within the "Universe Metro 2033". In early December, Sergei was summoned by the head of the KGB in Bykhov, who presented two documents from the Mogilev KGB, which stated that the writer was allegedly involved in a crime - working for the mogilev.media portal. After that, Sergei was forced to emigrate.
On 20.06.2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
According to human rights activists, he was released on March 13, 2025.
