The court ruled to satisfy claims for moral damages in the amount of 1,500 Belarusian rubles to each policeman. Released at the end of March 2022 after the expiration of the sentence.

Vladimir Koshko previously worked for three months as a policeman in the Security Department. A few years later he returned to the post of patrol officer, but four years later he was fired. Since the end of 2019, he has not worked. According to the verdict of the court, Vladimir is obliged to pay 13,600 rubles in moral damages.

On August 9, 2020, Vitaliy left a comment on the Internet about the "preliminary voting results" that had already appeared, according to which Alexander Lukashenko was ahead of his rivals by a wide margin. He expressed his assessment of such results, again, using "abnormal forms of speech expression" . He has been serving his sentence since December 11, 2021.
Released in December 2023 upon expiration of his sentence.
