Igor Nemirovich was detained for the first time in early May 2022 and immediately placed under house arrest, but he escaped and left. In the fall of this year, he appealed to the commission for reviewing appeals from Belarusians abroad and returned home, but this fact was not recognized as "an unconditional basis for concluding that he repented." According to the prosecution , on August 10, 2020, Igor Nemirovich posted a photo on Instagram with text in an "indecent form, degrading the honor and dignity of Alexander Lukashenko, which contained a negative assessment and was offensive towards him."
At the trial, Igor admitted his guilt in full and said that from May to August 2020, he did not live in Belarus. The Brest resident learned about the events that took place in his homeland from the media. "Having succumbed to negative emotions from the events being covered," he posted a photo of an "offensive nature" regarding Alexander Lukashenko on the social network Instagram.

The girl is a citizen of Ukraine, originally from the city of Kherson. She studied in China, graduated from the university there in 2015, and in 2016 moved to Belarus. In Belarus she worked as a translator from Chinese.
Ekaterina was detained while crossing the Belarusian border. They demanded that she give her phone for verification; she provided it to the employees along with the passwords. Belarusian security forces found that on March 30, 2022, she sent 2 videos to the chatbot of the Zerkalo editorial office. The video showed the movement of Russian military equipment near Minsk, which she herself captured.

The woman was accused of calling the police station three times on the evening of August 10th, after drinking alcohol and arguing with her partner out of jealousy. As a witness, a senior duty inspector, testified in court, the woman asked the police to come without stating the reason for the call, and subsequently allegedly insulted Lukashenko. Elena partially admitted her guilt.
Elena Mikhalyuk has a secondary specialized education and is raising a minor child.
