Igor Grigorievich Kenyukh
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Kenyukh Igor Grigorievich is an employee of the security forces involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful protesters, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
Kenyukh personally participated in torture, beatings and violence in the temporary detention facility on Okrestina. He threatened prisoners with rape.
On November 15, 2020, he demanded that doctors be removed from the temporary detention facility, who, in his opinion, showed excessive loyalty to the detainees and sympathized with them.
He testified as a witness in politically motivated cases in court.
According to some testimonies, he has a tendency towards pedophilia.

Yuri, the head of the financial department of the Leninsky District Administration, was arrested on April 30, 2021, and convicted five times under administrative law, receiving 50 days of arrest.
