Alexander Aleksandrovich Volk
Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Alexander Aleksandrovich Volk is an employee of the judiciary involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. He handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 80,915.5 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 1,399 days. He sentenced 50-year-old political prisoner Alexei Kireev, accusing him of organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them (Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code) for participating in protests. Volk sentenced the activist to 2 years of imprisonment to be served in a colony under general regime conditions. Tried two Minsk residents for participation in protests: Sergei Zhoglo and Vitaly Rybakov under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (participation in group actions that grossly violate public order) and sentenced them to two years and one year and eight months in a colony under general conditions, respectively. He made a decision in the case of a resident of Change Square - political prisoner Stepan Latypov. He was accused under three articles of the Criminal Code: parts 1, 2 of Article 342, part 2 of Article 363, part 4 of Article 209 (“organizing mass riots,” “resistance to police officers” and “fraud”). He was accused of creating a yard Telegram chat, a workshop for the production of protest symbols, and resisting police officers during arrest. Alexander Volk found the political prisoner guilty and sentenced him to 8.5 years of imprisonment to be served in a maximum security colony, and also ordered him to pay a fine of 300 basic units.

List of repressed
It is known that in 2024, Zakhar was previously tried for hooliganism: he was sentenced to two months' arrest, amnestied, and released from the courtroom. However, later, in November of that year, he was arrested again and placed in pretrial detention.
In February 2025, a case was brought against Zakhar under the article “Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them” (1 episode), and in May of the same year he was found guilty and sentenced to restriction of freedom with direction.

An arborist and director of the Belarbo company, who lives near the Square of Changes, was detained on September 15, 2020, as part of a criminal case on mass riots and found guilty under three articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Alexey is a first-category plastic surgeon. He was arrested on February 2, 2023, right at his workplace. He was convicted twice under administrative law for "reposts" and held in the Okrestina temporary detention center. He was never released: after 24 hours, he was transferred to Zhodino Prison No. 8 for a criminal case opened under the article "Active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order."
In April of that year, Alexei was convicted of participating in protests that took place in Minsk in 2020 and sentenced to restricted freedom with a referral.
He was held in pretrial detention until the trial. He was released in the courtroom on the day of the verdict.
At first, Alexey was detained for 10 days, after which he was transferred to the pre-trial detention center -1.

Evgeny was detained on February 26, 2021. He was accused of publishing the personal data of GUBOPiK MIA employees Ivan Tarasik and Alexander Aleksa in a Telegram chat on December 28, 2020, while intoxicated. He added a threat to them and an offensive comment about their place of residence to this data.
In addition, Evgenia was found guilty under the articles “Theft” and “Evasion of serving a sentence” for failure to comply with the sentence of “house arrest” in the previous case.
On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries. Among those released is Yevgeny Semenov.
Valery was convicted for allegedly leaving two dents on a special vehicle of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Yakub Kolas Street in Minsk during a protest on December 6, 2020.

Yuri was convicted for writing on the fence of a construction site: "SB - f... be afraid." The "victims" in the case were six employees of the publishing house "Belarus Today": Mikhail Lebedev, journalists Andrei Mukovozchik, Lyudmila Gladkaya, Dmitry Krot, Roman Rud, as well as the head of the material support department.
He was released in February 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
