According to Nasha Niva, in 2005 Konstantin Prytulenko was an investigator, and later an assistant to the district prosecutor. Where Prytulenko worked before his arrest is unknown.

In total, more than a dozen people pass as victims, including the former deputy chairman of the Mogilev city council, "the main ideologist of the city" Alla Galushko. Other victims include members of election commissions, prosecutors, law enforcers and other government officials.

Then he was charged allegedly with “inciting racial, national, religious or other social hatred or enmity.” People who on the Internet spoke unkindly to government officials are judged under this article.

Safanovich was accused of writing messages in a telegram chat on October 25, 2020 calling for road closures. According to the prosecution and the court, in the first message, Safanovich "called for active participation in group actions in the Luninets district, grossly violating public order" , i.e. Safanovich allegedly committed a crime under part 1 of article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
Safanovich was also accused under part 1 of article 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, i.e. in public slander against Lukashenka. As follows from the article of the state publication, Safanovich wrote a second message in the same chat on August 13, 2020, under a photo with a tearful woman who left Akrestin. The caption for the video was as follows : “Confession of a Belarusian girl who was in the dungeons of Lukashenka's Gestapo. Do I understand correctly that Lukashenka became the second after Hitler who attacked the people of Belarus?”

Vladimir Khmura fully admitted his guilt at the hearing, refused to testify. Before the trial, Khmura was under house arrest.
