The driver of the Svetlogorsk communal housing unitary enterprise "Svetoch" Vladimir was detained by police at work on January 6 this year. First, an administrative case was filed against him, and in the court of the Svetlogorsk district he was arrested under article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Then he was charged allegedly with “inciting racial, national, religious or other social hatred or enmity.” People who on the Internet spoke unkindly to government officials are judged under this article.
