Monetary compensation for moral damage in the total amount of 32,000 Belarusian rubles was also recovered from the accused in favor of the victims.
On January 31, 2023, another trial of a pensioner began in Dzerzhinsk. This time he was accused under Art. 369 of the Criminal Code (Insulting a representative of authority).
On February 13, 2023, the second verdict was announced.
On March 23, 2023, the Drogichinsky district court began to consider the case of a political prisoner under Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, Vasily Demidovich was placed in the Drogichin temporary detention center.
In April, the political prisoner was transferred to Gomel pre-trial detention center-3 . On April 20, 2023, the Sovetsky District Court of Gomel began to consider another case of a pensioner. He is charged with Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus and Art. 391 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. On May 2, another verdict was handed down.
On May 5, 2023, the fifth trial of Demidovich will begin - the man is accused again under Art. 369 CC . The trial will take place in Pukhovichi, the judge is Olga Babuk .

On August 23, 2023, the Nesvizh District Court heard the sixth criminal case against a political prisoner.
In Starye Dorogi, on October 19, 2023 , the seventh trial of Vasily will begin . He is charged under Art. 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official) and Art. 368 of the Criminal Code (insulting Lukashenko). The case will be considered by judge Natalya Zyk .
In total, Vasily was sentenced to 7 years in prison, while the result of the last two trials is still unknown.
Due to the fact that the political prisoner was included in the “list of terrorists”, he cannot make money transfers. In addition, Vasily has no relatives who could support him. Over the past year, he has gone through dozens of stages. Political prisoners are transported under difficult conditions, this leaves a very bad imprint on Vasily’s health.

According to the indictment, he acted out of mercenary motives, as well as by prior agreement with a group of people: he shouted slogans, clapped his hands loudly, moved in a hitch, violated the right of decent citizens to a peaceful life. The text of the accusation listed all the streets, shops and organizations, the peace of which was disturbed by the man. According to Art. 415 of the Criminal Code, Kirill Palchevsky was found guilty of violating the rules of serving his previous sentence - two years of "home chemistry", during which he committed many violations.
