Under Article 342 of the Criminal Code, Kirill Palchevsky was found guilty of taking part in actions grossly violating public order from 13.59 to 19.20 on September 13, 2020. According to the indictment, he acted out of mercenary motives, as well as by prior agreement with a group of people: he shouted slogans, clapped his hands loudly, moved in a hitch, violated the right of decent citizens to a peaceful life. The text of the accusation listed all the streets, shops and organizations, the peace of which was disturbed by the man. According to Art. 415 of the Criminal Code, Kirill Palchevsky was found guilty of violating the rules of serving his previous sentence - two years of "home chemistry", during which he committed many violations.
