According to the prosecution while in a labor facility he was sitting and laying on the bed when it wasn't allowed numerous times, he also allegedly didn't make up his bed, had personal things on the bed and on the bedside table which was interpreted as misconduct and infringment of the facility regulations. As a result he was convicted of avoiding serving a sentence and sent to a medium-security prison.
