During the arrest, Alexander’s phone was taken away and after they looked through it, they drew up a report on art. 19.11 Code of Administrative Offences, and later sentenced to administrative arrest.
But after “24 hours” Alexander was not released. The reason for opening a criminal case was the transfer of photos of Russian military equipment to the telegram channel “Belarusian Gayun”.
On April 15, Lucinovich was placed in Gomel pre-trial detention center-3 and charged.
Released on January 13, 2024, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
