A criminal case was opened because of a protest action on September 13 in Brest, when people danced at the intersection of Masherova and boulevards, after which they were dispersed by a water cannon and detentions began. The actions of the protesters are qualified by the investigation as "Actions grossly violating public order" (Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). Igor was also convicted for damaging two cameras of Beltelecom and applying "cynical inscriptions" under Part 2 of Art. 339. Released in the courtroom on 3 June 2021.

Released after expiration of sentence.

Roman Protasevich is a Belarusian blogger and journalist.

In the summer of 2020, during mass protests against the falsification of the presidential elections, he was the editor-in-chief of the NEXTA telegram channel. After leaving NEXTA, he became the editor-in-chief of the Belarus Brain telegram channel, which was previously administered by political prisoner Igor Losik . Both channels were recognized as extremist by the Belarusian authorities.

On May 23, 2021, as a result of the forced landing by the Belarusian authorities of a Ryanair passenger airliner flying on the Athens-Vilnius route, Roman Protasevich was detained at the National Airport of Minsk by representatives of the special services. It is known that Sofia Sapieha, a student at the European Humanities University, was arbitrarily detained with him.

On May 3, 2023, the verdict was announced to the novel, until the verdict came into force, Roman was left under house arrest.

On May 22, 2023, he was pardoned.

Trial outcome 03.05.2023:

8 years of imprisonment in a colony.

After the start of the protests and the first deaths, Parkhimchik Viktor Viktorovich made it difficult for special equipment to disperse the protests, scattering screws several times at the exit of the building where the soldiers of the special border unit were located. He was convicted by the Frunzensky District Court under Art. 339 h1 to 2 years of restriction of freedom with a referral to an open correctional institution. Victor is an entrepreneur engaged in website development. His wife and two young children remained at home.

Victor was in the Okrestino temporary detention center, pre-trial detention center-8, pre-trial detention center-5, pre-trial detention center-1, pre-trial detention center-7, IUOT-45, Kamenets temporary detention center, penal colony 17.
In April 2022, restriction of freedom in IUOT-45 was replaced by imprisonment with a transfer to IK-17. His mother, Parkhimchik Galina Sergeevna, who was also repressed later, acted as a defender.

On September 14, 2022, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

He is a website developer and is open to cooperation.
