Then he launched the program on his computer “at least 8 times,” which “broke the protection system against DDoS attacks” and “the operation of unidentified Internet resources of the Russian Federation was disrupted.” Thus, according to the state prosecution, Yarmoshuk “used malicious, potentially dangerous programs.” Also on August 19, 2020, Yarmoshuk transferred about $60 to the BySOL initiative via Facebook. 7 months later (March 12, 2021), the Belarusian authorities recognized the BySOL Foundation as an “extremist formation.” The fact that at the time of the money transfer BySOL was not an “extremist formation” does not bother the state prosecution.

According to the prosecution , on May 17, 2022, Leonid Raichonok transferred $400 for body armor to Belarusian volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine. The Brest resident’s actions were qualified as “financing citizens of the Republic of Belarus to participate on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation of one of the warring parties, in armed conflicts, military operations.”

On October 10, 2023, the Minsk City Court began a closed trial of three customs officers: Yevgeny Gurinovich, Viktor Novik, and Vladimir Zhuromsky. They were charged under eight articles of the Criminal Code. Human rights activists have now learned that only 31-year-old customs inspector Yevgeny Gurinovich will be tried in this case, on February 27, 2024. Thus, according to the prosecution, on June 14, 2021, under the publication of the telegram channel “Belarus of the Brain,” Alexander wrote a message where he said that he once worked at Lukashenko’s residence, and one of his colleagues talked about his conversation with Lukashenko’s security guard. And according to the guard, Lukashenko personally, due to faults on the part of the guard, could put them in a row and “punch through the plywood” (strike with all his might in the chest or stomach so that the person bends over from such a blow). Apparently, this comment was written under a post with the title “BYPOL: Roman Protasevich was personally beaten by the dictator” (all comments under the post have been deleted at the moment). At the trial, Polivko was asked to name what kind of colleague told such a story - but the man could not remember either his name or other personal details, because. he worked at the residence for a very long time, around 2008-2009. But finding an ex-colleague based on documents would be unrealistic, because... they worked without official employment. He was also convicted for 4 more comments under various articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

The man left behind two minor children (they are 14 years old and 4 years old).

Convicted by the Zavodskoy District Court of Minsk under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code. On March 22, 2023, the case was heard by Judge Zhanna Khvoynitskaya. Sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral to a correctional institution, term unknown .

In early May 2024, it became known that Denis was involved in a new case. The trial was scheduled for May 7. In addition to him, Andrei Stabulyanets and Alexander Sharabaiko were involved in the case. Depending on the role of each, they were charged under Article 368 (insulting Lukashenko), Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official), and Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code (participation in an extremist group). In the Vitebsk Regional Court, Yevgeny Burunov considered the case in a closed court session from May 7 to June 5, 2024. As a result, Denis was sentenced to imprisonment in a general regime colony. The exact term is unknown (about five years ).

On September 12, 2023, another trial of Nikolai took place in the Pervomaisky District Court. This time, he was accused of "financing terrorist activity." In total, Svetlana Cherepovich sentenced him to 9 years and 6 months in a maximum security penal colony for his donations, as well as a fine of 600 basic units. The pro-government film states that he made at least 54 donations to solidarity funds.
