In the Minsk City Court, on October 10, 2023, three customs officers, Evgeniy Gurinovich, Viktor Novik, and Vladimir Zhuromsky, began to be tried behind closed doors. In total, they were tried under eight articles of the Criminal Code. Now human rights activists have learned that on February 27, 2024, only 31-year-old customs inspector Yevgeny Gurinovich will continue to be tried in this case. The location of the trial is pre-trial detention center No. 1. Whether this could be due to the man’s health condition is unknown. It is likely that his case has been separated into a separate case, but the trial of the others has not yet been scheduled
